Editorial policy

How we write the health information on this website, where it comes from, and how we keep it accurate.

Why these pages exist

Our condition and treatment pages explain, in plain language, the terms Dr. Park uses in the office, so you can arrive informed. They are general education, not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for an evaluation.

Where the information comes from

Each page draws only on patient information published by three national organizations in headache medicine:

Every page lists the specific articles it relies on. We write in our own words, and if those sources don’t cover something, we leave it out rather than fill the gap.

Medical review

Pages are reviewed for accuracy by Hannah Park, M.D., board certified in Neurology and in Headache Medicine. A page shows a “Medically reviewed” line with the date once she has reviewed it, and the date it was last updated.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t promise results. Treatments help some people more than others.
  • This website carries no advertising or sponsored content.
  • We don’t edit patient reviews. Reviews shown here are copied from Google as written, with last names shortened to an initial.
